Hoarding isn't a dirty word like we think. Hoarding can happen for may reasons, like the loss of someone and not wanting to get rid of their items, it can also be because you have been unwell and things can get on top of you and you just cant find a way out of it or it could be something so simple or not even a reason for it and that is ok. Fresh start counselling is here to help with whatever the reason might be. We will sit down with you to go through the reason you think you are hoarding. We will then do a plan with you to start getting things in order.
