Serena has been helping my teenage daughter for a few months now. Prior to meeting Serena my daughter was experiencing severe anxiety. Things weren’t looking good at all. She was becoming isolated and withdrawn, being in her teenage years this become very worrying as a parent. Some people had their opinions and they were not so supportive. So, I decided to reach out which is when we were referred to Serena and her services. This has worked out so well. My daughter has completely changed and is so much more brighter and happy. She has developed a way to incorporate a proactive plan to help her cope in stress full situations. I feel this has helped her build her confidence. She is looking forward to exams and planning out how to balance study v free time activities. My daughter is more engaged, she talks more about what is bothering her and we work together now to find solutions that work well. If your on the edge about talking to someone and your not quite sure who to talk to - Serena is your go to! She is fantastic at what she does. Serena helped both my self & 10 year old. My son would get excited every session as every session was different and something new. If we did something on the weekend he'd ask me to take a picture so he could show her. We saw Serena for 18 months and honestly we are different people now - Serena takes the time to listen & understand. Her background knowledge & professionalism is spot on. She is kind & caring.
